Positive: It's a quiet place as it's a small village in the mountains and it has a green space. You are much closer to Monte Santa Elia (1 and half km) than the beaches, from where you can see the sunset.

Negative: About the room: the double bed has two separate and very hard mattresses so not comfortable at all. My daughter and I slept on the bunk bed as the mattress are much more comfortable. My husband slept on his own on the hard bed. There's a funny smell, maybe humidity? There aren't any windows, only the main door. Location: It's very distant from the city so unless you have a car it's a bit stressful to travel to the different beaches by bus. There aren't taxis. The cities around don't have licence for that! We had a hard time finding out how to get there from Bagnara by bus, it's not clearly indicated anywhere, the owner told us the name of the company (Costa Viola) but we didn't know where from and exactly what time, we had to ask different people from the place (Bagnara) and always with that feeling that you're not 100 percent sure if that's the right place or at what time it's going to come. So we kept on walking on Marinella and we saw a bus and that was the one. The driver gave us the timetable so finally we arrived at the place at 2pm. The location is called BARRITTERI, it's a fraction of SEMINARA, which is way after Bagnara. The last bus from Bagnara is at 5.35pm if you lose that you cannot reach the location. I think the owner should make that clear in the description especially as the cancellation politics is strict. If we would have known it was that far and difficult to reach in advance we wouldn't have booked. Also Google maps was tricky as it showed us a train near the location but in the end end it turned out there isn't. If you travel from Palmi, you will have to get two buses to get to the location.
