Positive: I stayed for 8 days and everything about the stay was smooth. Jochen was super helpful, he was extremely nice, and it was awesome to have a good chat with him. He showed my around the apartment, helped with my luggage, and explained to me a bit about the area, which he was super passionate about it. If I ever had a question, he was a quick text away and always fast to reply? Definitely will stay here again!

Negative: The only downside I could think of would be no oven, but this wasn't that much of a big deal as I don't use the oven that much anyways but it's nice to have when you want it.

Summary: Excellent stay for price, location, and comfort!
