The structure has new and comfortable housing units of different sizes, equipped with all comforts, suitable for hosting couples, families and organized groups.
Each housing unit is equipped with an independent kitchen, one or more toilets and a diversified number of bedrooms. A lovely internal courtyard gives access to the apartments from the first floor and lends itself to moments of conviviality between guests.

The housing units are all very welcoming, convenient and comfortable. The rooms, large and bright, are very functional and all equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Each room also has satellite Tv. The kitchens are well equipped and, in the cooking area, they all have a 4-burner hob, a fan oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and all the necessary crockery; present table, chairs and even an iron and ironing board. Given the size of the rooms, many of the kitchens also have comfortable sofa beds which make them very hospitable by acting as living room kitchens. The housing units are all equipped with one, two or more bathrooms, some rooms in fact have an en-suite bathroom. Each bathroom, new and very comfortable, is equipped with a shower cubicle, a large mirror and a hairdryer. The housing units house new and well-kept furnishings and the walls, mostly decorated with sometimes brightly colored and somewhat artistic paintings, make everything very graceful and well-finished. The housing units are also almost all equipped with a private terrace, each of which is duly equipped with a table, chairs, awnings or umbrellas to be able to eat comfortably in the open air.
Some of the housing units, then, have the entrance doors that open onto a common internal courtyard, which evokes an ancient Sicilian style, with benches and a stone fountain.
From it you can access a staircase that leads upstairs to a large common terrace where it is, moreover, possible to use a special and equipped laundry area with washing machines, drying racks, iron and ironing board, but also an outdoor shower and barbecue .the terrace, common to all the apartments, offers an enchanting view; in fact, on one side it overlooks a green valley at the bottom of which stands out a wonderful glimpse of the sea that even lets you glimpse the Aeolian Islands, on the other on an ancient square where there is a small church on top of a long stone staircase , a fountain and a trough all very old.
