Appartamento su una collina a 350 metri sul livello del mare con estati fresche e ventilate, inserito nel più grande complesso della casa vacanze La Finestra sulle Eolie con i suoi quattro appartamenti indipendenti. Alicudi è l'ultimo in ordine di ristrutturazione che ha avuto luogo nell'aprile 2019, quando abbiamo deciso di dare un nuovo volto a un edificio precedentemente utilizzato per scopi agricoli.
È stata mantenuta la pianta originale con pietra di calcarenite che offre un eccellente isolante termico. Ospita due persone in due camere: una spaziosa camera da letto con pompa di calore e grande finestra (206x110) di fronte alla valle e alle Isole Eolie.
Segue un comodo e funzionale angolo cottura integrato con piano cottura a induzione (senza bruciatori, senza gas), un paio di lavandini in rame recuperati pazientemente, un grande frigorifero con congelatore separato e un bel tavolo con ribalta. Completano l'arredamento un armadio a muro, un bagno con doccia e uno spazio esterno di ca. 50 ca. con tavolo, sedie e lavandino con acqua calda / fredda. Questo appartamento è raggiungibile seguendo una stretta strada interpoderale che dà accesso a un cancello privato dove è possibile parcheggiare un'auto. Quando l'appartamento viene affittato insieme agli altri 4, è possibile percorrere un sentiero all'interno della proprietà per raggiungere gli altri appartamenti situati più in basso.
