Summary: The a/c wasn't working when we arrived. They worked on it, but it wasn't cooling very well. Our last night the a/c froze up and leaked water on the floor which got our suitcase wet. Nothing was offered as compensation for not having a A/c our last night. We had to sleep with the windows open which made us feel vulnerable, and we didn't sleep well
