Positive: With its location outside Subiaco epitomizing agriturismo you will be enthusiastically welcomed by your handsome smiling host and delighted by both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

Negative: Unfortunately the room is dark and there's no way to open the shutters so you cannot enjoy the view.
