A peaceful sun-kissed dammuso. In search of dammusi at sunset, in the middle of the Pantelleria countryside, among vines and olive trees, here is our dammuso. A comfortable and spacious sheltered corner where every day the sky is filled with colors and the sun inflames the horizon, leaving us breathless. We reach the dammuso through a dirt road that from Rekhale takes us to Ziton di Nikà, on the south west side of the island. Leaving our car at the parking lot, we cross the path in pebbles to the terrace from which we immediately perceive the tranquility of this magical place. Here we find hammocks and comfortable deck chairs as well as a brick table where you can wake up in the morning pampering yourself with breakfast and with your eyes in the blue or wait for dinner while enjoying an aperitif with your eyes full of sunset colors. The entrance door immediately opens onto the kitchen, a spacious and very bright environment; on the right we find the large living room equipped with armchairs and sofas, one of which is in brick built inside a large arched window that looks towards the sea. Opposite, in a game of arches and alcoves, behind cobalt blue curtains, we find the double alcove. From the living room it is possible to exit to the garden where we find a small variety of succulents. Turning the corner and returning instead to the main terrace, on the left we find the annex which houses a double bedroom with a small bathroom with shower. While continuing, we discover an area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, with an external kitchenette, a barbecue with comfortable brickwork seats, a second brickwork table but larger. The outdoor spaces are a continuous game of arches and alcoves as in the interior of the dammuso and surround and embrace it along its entire perimeter. This is the perfect place to find peace and tranquility away from the city and its noises.
