3 Bedroom Villa in Massarosa, Piano di Mommio
This villa is a very cute and romantic hideaway. The greatest advantage of its location is its being only 15 min away from the beach and 15 min away from some beautiful hiking trails on the nearby 'Alpi Apuane' mountains.
The highway is less than 10 minutes away, so this house is also perfect as a base for day visits to: Lucca, Pisa, Cinque terre, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra.
From June to August the house has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. In the remain of the time we use the additional room for storage.
From September to May the house has 2 bedrooms available and a sofa-bed in the main living-room (the one with the big window in the photos) 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and one double sofa-bed.
IMPORTANT
- The city of Camaiore requires a tourist tax that is not included in the Airbnb amount, please see below for the details (VERY IMPORTANT).
- We do not rent for parties
- All members of the party must be 25 or older except in the case of minors accompanied by their parents.
Water, electricity, bed sheets and towels (one change/week), WiFi, final cleaning are all included in the price.
- Gas
Gas is included only up to 5 cubic meters. For any additional cubic meter, the price is 8EUR/m3 and will need to be paid at the time of checking out.
- Wood for fireplace
we can buy wood for you at cost (30EUR/100kg), but we need to know a few of days in advance.
- Pets
Bringing your pet will add 40 EURO to the booking price. This will be collected at arrival.
STAY/TOURIST TAX
* The local city authorities require that we collect a "tourist tax". This will be collected in cash at the time of checking in.
* The amount of the tourist tax goes in its entirety to the city and helps make our area more beautiful and the services more efficient for our guests.
* We do not include this amount in the booking, because if we did that, this amount would go also in our income tax and you would end up having to pay more to compensate. Therefore it is to your advantage to pay this separately at arrival, in cash.
* The amount is 2 euros/person/day for all guests above 18 years of age (at the time of check-in) and for a maximum of 10 days.
Example:
You are a family with with three children with only one of the kids being over 18 at the time of arrival and you are booking for 14 nights.
The amount will be: 3x2x10 = 50 euros.
