Positive: Place was very clean upon arrival. Quiet street and free parking. Comfortable room with AC. Helpful host.

Negative: This is more a private property than a hotel, so don't expect house keeping services. If you prefer in-person check-in instead of sending a photo of your passport through WhatsApp then this is not the place for you. We paid for the room before knowing that the check in is done through WhatsApp - not exactly the safest platform for sharing sensitive documents such as passport. The host seemed a bit annoyed by our need for precaution, and couldn't meet us in person at all during our 3 day stay for an in-person check in. But otherwise a helpful host and a nice room.
