In the heart of the Charentais vineyards, an old mill from the end of the 18th entirely renovated with a heated swimming pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, close to Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All bedrooms are equipped with cupboards, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano.

Summary: Good location: the house itselfs lays in a nice neighbourhood with beautiful nature. It’s not far from the sea, bigger city’s etc. The house is very big and has every accomodation you need (and even more). We loved it!
