The holiday apartment enjoys an enviable location: it is on the raised ground floor of a modern little villa by the beach promenade, just a few steps from the sea.
In front of the apartment entrance there is a veranda covered with a pergola. It is furnished with a table, chairs, deckchairs and a parasol. The outdoor shower and a washbasin are practical when you come back from the beach. A grill is available for pleasant grill evenings, so you can end days sociably under a starry sky. Cars can be parked free of charge on the street in front of the house.
The two-room apartment measures around 45m² and is ideal for four people. It has a kitchen with a dining table, chairs, a TV with DVBT channels and a kitchen unit with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer and a toaster. Tableware and cookware are also provided. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 190cm), a wardrobe, a dresser and bedside tables. Owing to the two windows and the white furniture and walls, it is pleasantly light. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm) and a wardrobe with drawers. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is an air conditioning unit in the kitchen with a cooling and heating function. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the apartment, but not in the outdoor areas. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The centre of Scoglitti is just 1000 metres away, with grocery shops, restaurants and other shops. Vittoria is the nearest town, with a good range of shops (14km). Ragusa, the provincial capital, is about 29km away.
The highlight of the apartment is the proximity to the beach just 20 metres away.
