4 Bedroom Villa in Felanitx
Do you have a soft spot for modern architecture? Do you like large, bright rooms and sleek lines? And do you value having everything within easy reach on holiday – from the supermarket, restaurants, and cafes through to extensive shopping options? Then chances are high that you will feel right at home in the super chic villa "Puig Verd"! The bright white house with its pretty spectacular glass-tipped roof is located in a typical residential street of Felanitx. From the covered terrace with a dining table and chairs on the ground floor, as well as from the partially covered rooftop terrace, you can see the wonderfully green hills of the surrounding area – and the large, infinity pool directly behind the house. On comfortable loungers, you can enjoy the warming sun right next to the cool water or delve into an exciting crime novel under the parasol. Only a few metres away lies the on-site BBQ, which invites you to prepare culinary delicacies in the open air. And if you'd like to get some exercise afterwards, you can simply head to the upper floor and play a round of table tennis on the spacious rooftop terrace.
The rooms inside your villa extend over two floors. Large windows let in the typical Mediterranean light everywhere; this effect is reinforced by the gleaming white walls which feature in most of the rooms. On the ground floor, a spacious dining and living space awaits: with an elegant glass dining table with chairs, illuminated by a futuristic-looking lamp and an inviting sofa with cosy pillows and a coffee table for snacks and drinks during a cosy TV evening. However, the villa offers much more excitement than a TV – and conveniently, there is also a soft armchair right in front of it: the owners of the villa have installed a huge tropical aquarium in the living room, where exotic, colourful fish swim between beautiful corals. The stylish kitchen with high-quality appliances is equally colourful in shades of red and green. Two tastefully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite, complete the living space on the ground floor. The upper floor accommodates two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
"Puig Verd" is situated in the midst of Felanitx, a relaxing little town in the south of Mallorca and at the same time the centre of the island's second largest wine-growing region. From your holiday home, directly on the residential street, you can easily and comfortably walk into the village, do your shopping, or try a restaurant or two. In addition to the good regional wines, you should definitely try the aromatic capers which are cultivated in the area. A visit to the weekly market on Sundays is always worthwhile, especially the artistic ceramic pieces are popular here. But the nearby surroundings of the city are also interesting: for example, the monastery of St. Salvador, which is located on an impressive hill nearby - you can even see it from the house. Not only the monastery with its magnificent church is worth a visit, the panoramic view from there will provide an unforgettable holiday memory! If you prefer to go on the beach, simply drive about 14 km to Cala Murada or Cala Tropicana. And by the way: the bicycle shop "Els" is located 100 m away from the house. Everyone staying at the villa receives a 10% discount on all products and services. There is also good access to the cycling paths surrounding the house. You can park your own bicycles, if you happened to bring them, in the sheltered spot on the lower covered terrace. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided. This property comes with Free Wi-Fi.
