Summary: Great stay in Alassiio at Alessandro's beautifully renovated apartment. He was super helpful prior to our arrival, answering a ton of questions from me and my family, and Graziella and Valentina (his local managers, with an office literally across the street) provided quick help during our stay. When we got there late in the afternoon for example, we could not find enough bath towels for or family of 5 - Graziella had them delivered the very next morning. The apartment is cozy but very pretty, modern and smartly laid out for our family of 5. The 2 bathrooms were a blessing for my wife and 3 daughters, as was the small, charmingly old fashioned but perfectly serviceable elevator. Independent A/C units in both bedrooms and living room worked great and we couldn't have managed the July heat without them. The location is just about perfect - on a street bustling with activity, but very quiet at night thanks to the great insulated windows. The budello and 24/7 supermarkets are both no more than a block away, you won't need a car to get any shopping or great dining done. The parking spot is inside a very secure structure off the main drag (via Aurelia), also within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Everything was as, or better than, described, no surprises. Thank you Alessandro, we look forward to coming back to Alassio next year.
