Here you will be surrounded by greenery, scintillating aromas and the vibrant colours of a typical Mediterranean garden. In fact the villa has been designed in harmony with the surrounding landscape. In the spacious exterior you will find a stylish patio, a large barbecue area, where you can invite your guests to dine with you, as well as a swimming pool.
Villa Selinunte Garden is a charming villa located in the Selinunte area.
An enchanting property with immense and spectacular gardens adorned with fountains and a spacious 14m x 7m private pool. Enter the villa through the front patio and find yourself in a spacious living room with fireplace, furnished with armchairs and sofas where you can relax and enjoy the view of the olive groves.
The ground floor has been designed to provide a large open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen decorated with traditional majolica tiles, with an adjoining dining area with large French doors opening onto the barbecue area and garden. Also on this floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The other bedrooms are located on the first floor, comprising a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, one of which opens onto a terrace with views of the olive groves, the surrounding countryside and in the distance the outline of the temple of Selinunte. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout of this floor.
