Tenute Aversa is an elegant home situated in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo. The property is mainly cultivated with olive trees, so creating a lush and verdant environment. The house was built to be used as family residence and it is structured on two levels.
You enter the ground floor from the living room, characterized by a staircase leading to the first floor and to the landing overlooking the same room. The living room has been divided into the dining area and sitting room enhanced with fireplace creating a refined atmosphere as well as the furniture. Here it is possible to admire an appreciable collection of hand tools and implements used by farmers for their work and now exhibited and stored in the living room. The kitchen is very functional, built of masonry elements and typical Sicilian majolica tiles, and it is equipped with all the kitchen appliances, including a wood-burning oven, used to prepare the typical dishes of Sicilian tradition. On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a billiard room.
The sleeping area on the first floor consists of three bedrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a beautiful countryside view and a spiral staircase leads from here to a loft area with another bed. The remaining two bedrooms look out onto a beautiful covered terrace, overlooking the pool and the lush vegetation and they have a further bathroom with shower. Furnishings are sober but elegant and family-owned antiques mainly embellish spaces.
The swimming pool is located in front of the house and, staying at the poolside, guests may enjoy the beauty of the place. In fact, the comfortable outdoor sofas allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation in complete privacy.
