The ground floor houses the living area: a large space with a TV, sofas, a library and a dining table, and a fully-equipped island kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a dining table. In addition, on the same floor, guests can find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
