You will be staying in a 6-room villa that spans 200 square meters on the ground floor. The villa features a practical and comfortable interior design. It has a living/dining room with a double sofa bed (140 cm), an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the patio. There is also one double bedroom with a shower, bidet, WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there are two more double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Another living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating is also present, and it has an exit leading to the patio. The kitchen comes with five hot plates, an oven, and a small dining table, and it has an exit leading to the veranda. There are two additional showers, bidets, and WCs in the villa.

The villa is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay during your vacation. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available throughout the property, with heating only available from December 1st to March 31st. A washing machine, iron, and hair dryer are provided for your convenience. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of one dog permitted. Free WiFi internet access is available, and reserved parking spaces are provided for two cars. The villa also features a large, roofed patio measuring 50 square meters, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue area, offering a view of the garden.
