Located on the top of a hill dominating the entire Val d’Elsa, an ancient farmstead or casa colonica a barn, a 15 metres infinity pool and a private garden surrounding the whole structure.
The walking trails and the views from every aspect of the villa are amazing. Don't miss the sunsets while you are staying here and enjoy the panoramic views of the country side and valleys as well as the Apennines and San Gimignano. The wall of the farm house is covered with vine as it separates the tranquil space from the road. Whether you picture yourself exploring medieval hill towns, taking day trips to Florence and Siena, gazing out at the views of the Apennines and San Gimignano from the terrace, or simply relaxing by the pool, this holiday farmhouse in Tuscany is the perfect place to start!

Expanded within two floors. The property can accommodate upto 8 people.
The ground floor includes a billiard room, laundry room, dining room as well as a kitchen. The dining room and the kitchen are closed except when cooking, olive oil, or wine tasting courses or dinners are prepared by the owners for the guests of the house. Parking is available within the grounds of the property.
The first floor includes a terrace that includes a bench, table and a few chairs. The living area includes the dining room as well and couches, satellite TV, a table with chairs, and large panoramic windows that offer beautiful views of the countryside, including San Gimignano are present on the first floor. The sitting room is at the end of this corridor.
The sitting room is probably our favourite room: with its windows that open on three different sides, it offers a view on the entire Val d’Elsa and it’s the best spot to admire sunsets.

This is why the rent includes daily housekeeping, so that you can fully enjoy your vacation without worrying about making your bed.

The fully equipped kitchen is present on the first floor including premium amenities and kitchen utensils like a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, freezer, and dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms present on the first floor. The first bedroom includes a queen size bed and there is an attached bathroom is present with a sink, toilet and shower. The first bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the east side.
Just outside the bedroom there is a studio with a sofa bed, adjoining the entrance. In this room, a big fireplace invites the guests to sit around the dining table or to relax on the couch. Next to it we find a fully equipped kitchen painted in pastel colours.
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a single bed as well with an attached bathroom that includes a sink, toilet and shower.
The third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
