The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an external shower with sink useful as a partial third bathroom, the external shower is accessible from the sleeping area and finally the laundry.The swimming pool is private for the exclusive use of Villa Cavaliere guests . In the rooms you can have single or double beds, according to your needs we can also add single beds or cots at no additional cost. Villa il Cavaliere is located just 2 km from the center of Noto and its famous Cathedral of San Corrado, and a little further away from the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It is located on a hill, reserved among olive and almond trees, but open to the sea. Olives, almond trees and meadows mitigate the temperature in the hottest hours of the day, while the private swimming pool (4m x 10m) for the exclusive use of the villa guests offers the perfect refreshment in the summer heat. The villa has a large living room with sitting area, dining area and direct access to the kitchen, which thanks to a large sliding glass door can be connected to the outdoor area in a single space, allowing you to cook practically outdoors, adjacent to the large veranda. If you love the Sicilian atmosphere, this place will charm you. The surfaces are approximately the following: house 140 sq m, porch 50 sq m with further external terraces for a total of 50 sq m. The private property covers an area of 6000 square meters of which 1500 square meters are used as gardens and lawns.
