Villa Gheta is an ideal location for those who wish to spend a holiday in close contact with unspoilt nature, in the silence of the countryside, surrounded by evocative landscapes and wonderful coves with clean and crystal-clear sea.
The structure is located just below the mountain ridge, surrounded by trees and Mediterranean plants and is about 300 metres from the splendid Agliareddi Beach within the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve, accessible on foot from the structure but also by car as there is a car park next to the beach.
The Villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a large veranda with outdoor table and chairs, living room, bathroom with shower, a bedroom, kitchen and a spiral staircase to access the upper floor (also accessible from an external staircase).
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a room with a bunk bed, a double sofa bed and access to the veranda with a spectacular view of the entire Gulf of Monte Cofano and Macari.
It is just 10 km from San Vito Lo Capo and 4 km from Castelluzzo (a hamlet of San Vito Lo Capo) where all basic services can be found. A section of the road to reach Villa Gheta is unpaved but easily passable.
For a completely relaxing stay, we inform you that the expenses for sheets, towels, and the accommodation tax are to be considered extra. Please contact us for more details on these items, and we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information.
They are only present outside, security cameras being an area within the Monte Cofano Reserve.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
