The property welcomes guests into a spacious, bright living area with a lounge, dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large central island and bar stools. This space opens onto breathtaking views of the Val di Noto hills, the surrounding garden, and a glimpse of the sea. The sleeping area includes three queen-size bedrooms, two of which feature en-suite bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, and windows. A third bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
The villa offers two stunningly furnished outdoor areas: the first, adjacent to the living area, is equipped with a dining table for al fresco meals, while the second is the pool area, situated on a lower level, featuring a saltwater pool.
Guests can access an external laundry area with a washing machine, iron, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
The property provides three private parking spaces, two covered and one uncovered.
The pool is open from March 29th to November 3rd.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area around Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, at a distance of about 30 km, you will find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its natural wildlife oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. If you are interested in culture, you should visit the Greek Theatre of Syracuse, the Archaeological Park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself, with its historical, cultural and natural beauty. Not to be missed is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi.
