Green outdoor areas on different levels surround the building and near the pool there is a spacious sun terrace and a panoramic terrace with two bathrooms. Guests have access to a communal barbecue. The last 700m of the access road are not asphalted. Distance: Pomarance (stores of all kinds, public sports facilities) 3 km. The sea and the beaches of Marina di Cecina (free beaches and bathing establishments) are about 50 km away.
