Furnished with high quality furniture in a contemporary alpine style, the apartment "Mountain Residence Kasern Nr 1" is located on the 1st floor and has a living area, a well-equipped sunny kitchen with oak dining table and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with beds made of Swiss pine wood, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a blanket made of real sheep's wool, Swiss pine scent, Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), SAT-TV and a washing machine. Mountain Residence Kasern receives clean electricity from its own hydroelectric power plant and drinking water from its own source. Yoga mats and backpacks for hiking are available in the apartment. In winter, you can go snowshoeing through the gorgeous snow-covered surroundings, climb the nearby three-thousand-meter peaks with touring skis, or rent cross-country skis and take a spin on the "Sonnenloipe". A toboggan run and a small ice skating rink can be reached in five minutes.
