Nestled in the characteristic landscape around Modica awaits you this beautiful vacation home.
The house is located about 200 meters from the famous prehistoric site "Cava D'Ispica". From the veranda you have a beautiful view of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the property there are prehistoric caves where you can explore and experience the surroundings. In fact, the owner has arranged a cave with comfortable cushions and a table with chairs to relax in the coolness and lose yourself reading a good book. The cave is located directly in front of the house, while another cave is located under the house, accessible by a staircase carved into the rock. In front of the entrance to the cave you will find an olive tree over a hundred years old.
Outside, in complete tranquility, there is a play area for the little ones and a covered porch with outdoor kitchen, wood-burning oven and barbecue, as well as table and chairs for outdoor meals overlooking the prehistoric park. All the land around the property belongs to the guests. The house is equipped with sliding mosquito nets.
Just a few meters from the Cava di Ispica, a UNESCO site visited by tourists every year, and about 3 km from the historic center of Modica, the house is in an excellent position to visit the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse. For those who, in addition to a cultural vacation, want to spend a few days on the beautiful sea of the Iblee coast, the beaches are about 15 km away. In the evening Modica awaits you with many characteristic places where tradition and culture are present.
