Winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails start right outside the front door, and the bus stop with service to the Winklmoosalm ski and hiking area is also within walking distance. The Benzeck ski lifts are just a 700-meter walk away—an ideal ski slope for children and beginners! You can reach the beautiful Chiemsee in just 30 minutes by car.
